Dear BearCare Parents,

At Buckner BearCare, we are constantly looking at ways to improve on the service we provide you and your children.  With this in mind, we are pleased to announce our new method of collecting and processing tuition and fee payments.  You will have two choices, automatic withdraw through checking account or automatic withdraw through credit card.  Sorry, we do not offer the payment plan where you go in any pay yourself.  With the two methods we offer there will be no more late fees as long as your payment goes through.  If your payment does not go through, your account will be charged a late fee of $5.00 on Tuesdays.  An additional late fee of $5.00 will be posted weekly to all accounts that have a balance forward.  

Please always inform BearCare if your credit or debit card numbers have changed or if your checking account is different.  

Tuition Express, part of our ProCare Software management system, will allow us to process tuition and fee payments safely, quickly and efficiently.  In a matter of minutes, we will accomplish what has taken us hours in the past.

Once enrolled in Tuition Express, your tuition and fee payments will be paid automatically on the Friday of each week for the coming week.  Once you are signed up, Tuition Express will instantly email you a notification of your receipt.

By completing the Tuition Express enrollment form, you will help us take a gigantic step forward in our payment processing.
