Learn how to run and compete off-road and off-track, running 2K, 3K, and 4K races.  Learn components of running that will benefit you throughout your life including: healthy lifestyle, injury prevention, core strength and stability, general strengthening and endurance training. 

 

Eligibility: All are eligible - “no-cut” sport

Cost: General Athletic Fee $50/ Team Fee $25

Season: Mid July to the end of October

Practice days: M-F (some Saturdays-Meet days)

2022 Schedule
